General Return Policy

At PHAT CATZ GAMING, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Timeframe

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Returns made after 30 days may be subject to store credit only, at the discretion of management.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging
  • Sealed products (booster boxes, booster packs, etc.) must remain factory sealed
  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or tampering

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened trading card products (booster packs, booster boxes, etc.)
  • Single cards purchased individually
  • Used or opened gaming accessories (sleeves, deck boxes, playmats)
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Custom or special order items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the process.

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Bring the item(s) to our store location with your receipt
  4. Our staff will inspect the item(s) and process your return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Store credit is available immediately upon return approval.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the difference will be refunded or provided as store credit.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled release date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this timeframe may be subject to a restocking fee.
